Hey Clarissa,
ReplyDeleteI was really able to resonate with this quote. I have learned and continue to learn the truth behind this quote. Now that I am a parent I think of how my actions or lack there of, affect my son. When my son Avery seems to act "needy" I think about how much undivided attention I have been giving him, or when kids misbehave in school I think about what I did to cause a given reaction. It is important to think about how actions as adults affect children and what is a developmentally appropriate response for children.
This quote is amazing! It really makes you think about how our actions or lack thereof affect children. I will remember this one.
